It was a hot topic as to which phone would be upgraded to the Windows 10. Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) announced that it will be Lumia 635 with 16GB of RAM, which will be launched with Windows 10. This new upgraded version of Lumia 635 was spotted on the list of the Hungary website of Telenor ASA (OTCMKTS:TELNY). However, the news has not been made public yet as to where will this new phone be launches. It is expected that the phone will be launched via Wind, TIM, as well as Movistar.

Previously, the Lumia phones had RAM of only 512MB, and one reason for this was the lighter operating system supported by these phones. However, customers were of the view that this storage capacity was too less if it was to be used for the purpose of playing games, as well as multitasking which mean that the consumers will be able to use many different application at one time. Hence, the customers had been demanding that the phones support a better operating system. Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) know that its phones are having these problems and to make things better, the company has been offering Lumia 435 and Lumia 532 in 16GB as well. Furthermore, Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has also announced that all the phones which support Windows 8 will have the option of upgrading their system to Windows 10. Currently, the only phones which still have 512MB of storage capacity are Lumia 530 as well as Lumia 630.

As of now, there is no updated official news regarding any more changes which Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) would be making to this phone. The specifications which are expected from Lumia 635 include a screen of 854 x 480, FWVGA” of 4.5 inch, a 1.2GHz processor which will be Snapdragon 400 quad core. The phone will have Windows 8.1 along with an internal memory of 8GB. There will be a 5MP camera coupled with 4G capacity. The increase in RAM by Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) will be widely accepted by the users who would now be able to multitask. This will make the experience of using Lumia 635 so much better for the customers, and will also allow them to play games in high quality. On the flip side, to get this upgraded RAM, the Lumia users would have to compromise on the battery life of the phone. The upgraded Lumia 635 with 16GB of storage capacity will be able to spend 19 day on the standby mode, whereas the standby period of the 512 Lumia was 25 days.

It seems that Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) is facing problems regarding the smooth running of the Windows 10 on the phones with 512MB RAM. It is rumored that the company is currently working so that Windows 10 will be compatible with the 512MB phones as well. There are two possible explanations for this. One is that the company has hit a dead end, or that this is a way for Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) to increase the sales of its 16GB phones. One more explanation could be that the company is talking about stopping the production of 512MB phones completely. It is expected that Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) will make some announcements regarding these matters in the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain in 2015.

When Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) decided to skip the Windows 9 version of the Windows, experts and consumers alike were skeptical about the performance and welcome the new version was going to receive. However, the company has not clearly stated the reason behind skipping the 9th edition of the Windows, and has moved on to the 10th edition of the Windows. However, according to industry experts, Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) had to skip the Windows 9 name figure because it contradicted the software name for an earlier version of the Windows, titled Windows 98.

However, Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) does not seem to be bothered by this setback, as the name does not have an impact on the overall performance of the Windows. The company, according to reports released by it, is now developing a group of software and applications that will work together in order to provide an ecosystem to the users, with the release of the Window 10, allowing them to connect all their devices together in order to sync all the user data for better usability and convenience.

2014 has been a great year for Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) overall. Though the start of the year proved to be very dismal for the company, Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) showed massive improvement after that point in time. At the start of the year, Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) witnessed massive setbacks, with the dismal and disappointing release of the Xbox One gaming console, which, according to market expectations, was supposed to perform excellently in the market. However, with the high competition from the existing, and superior, competitor product called PlayStation 4 by Sony, the Xbox One was not able to perform as well as the investors, and Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT), had expected the gaming console would perform.

Then, Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) released Windows 8.1, to improve onto the existent Windows 8 the company had launched in 2013. With the 8.1 update, Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) had hoped to improve onto the flaws that were reported with the Windows 8 version of the operating system. However, even this version of the Windows operating system failed to impress customers, many of whom downgraded to the previous version of the Windows, Windows 7, due to performance and design issues with the newer version of the Windows.

Also, the Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) Windows Phone 8 failed to impress as well, as it still couldn’t beat out competition posed by Google’s Android OS and Apple’s iOS 8.

With the Windows 10 system, Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) cannot afford to lose in terms of the products success, as the company has released a lot of failed products in the previous year. The company, even though it has performed well in terms of its revenue generation, needs a success in this year, otherwise, according to market experts, it would lose out its existing customer base to the existent market competitors such as Apple and Google.

However, Windows 10 will prove to be a successful product for Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT), especially with the launch of the Surface Pro tablets which have proved to be successful in the past. With the integrated features that Windows 10 will provide, it will be a successful product for Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) as users will be able to connect all their devices with Windows operating system.

The world is moving towards a life style where a lot of priority is given to healthier options. A number of corporations have capitalized on this new trend and have launched a number of products relating to that. Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) also joined the bandwagon last year October when it launched Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) Brand.

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT)’s band was a raging success as the company announced that the band is sold out in November. One of the factors that contributed to the success of this band was that it was compatible with almost everything. As a result, the band became a must have. Now, Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has to re-launch it due to popular demand.

The new Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) will be priced at $199 per band and will be available from 3rd day of January. There is only one drawback this time around that it won’t be available on the online store of Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT). Maybe it’s due to the fact that Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has not made a lot of bands this time and only want to sell it in its retailer store to avoid any online embarrassment or a social media fiasco.

The Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) band will come with a number of options. It will allow a person to keep on the pulse, the distance travelled on foot and a number of other physical activities. The best part is that Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) band can be connected with the devices produced by Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) and Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) as well. It can also be connected to Android powered devices through free software available on the website of Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT).

The band by Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) weighs only 60 grams, which makes it virtually weightless and comes with an internal storage of 64mb. Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT)’s band is powered by two batteries of 100 mAh and has a GPS with Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity along with incoming call facility while on move.

What makes Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) a must have item is that it can be connected with devices of almost every manufacturer. Although tad on the higher side when it comes to cost, it is still worth the investment due to its compatibility. Also Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) can be used as a scheduler when a user can make record of appointments and set reminders. Also it is an excellent exercise partner because it gives very accurate assessments of the calories burnt during a workout session.

Since the band is now available only at the retailers, it is easy to judge that Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has made a limited number of bands. To make full use of this re launch, one should visit the Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) retailer store on priority basis before it gets too late.

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has once again made a smart move by deciding to launch its Band. This way its stocks can continue the surge it has witnessed during the end of previous year and an increase in stock price will further restore investor confidence.

News has it that Microsoft Corporation’s (NASDAQ:MSFT) internet explorer will not be there in 2015. Yes, that is right. And this is not because it will be replaced by Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, but the company has decided to replace it with a new program. It is important to mention here that Internet Explorer had been the favorite web navigation program of the United States users for the last 20 years. It was only during the last year when Google Chrome, for the very first time, beat Internet Explorer in terms of popularity in the region of United States.

A report released by ZDNet showed that Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) will be replacing its internet explorer with Spartan. The new program will be featured in all the Windows 10 gadgets. Spartan will not only be the latest version of IE but it will also be a lightweight and revamped program. The company wanted to design a browser that could enable extensions, for quite a while now. Perhaps, it is time when Microsoft implemented its decision. Spartan will have the features of both Google Chrome as well the Mozilla Firefox in order to gather the maximum number of customers. The company also plans to launch an Internet Explorer 11 on temporary basis so that the users could use it in Windows 10 for compatibility purposes.

The question arose in the month of August 2014 as to whether the company should rename its latest program or launch it as a latest version of Internet explorer. A group of engineers working for the company generated a question on the Ask Me Anything forum in order to address the issue. According to the post of one engineer, the company had discussed this issue at length, for it wants to rid itself from the negative perceptions that have been attached to its products over the course of 20 years.

The decision of Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) to replace the software completely is quite a bold one. Companies usually avoid such decisions, no matter how big their business is or how deep their pockets are. It is true that Internet explorer had some negative perceptions, but the product had developed a brand name over the years; it will be difficult for the company to reshape the perceptions by introducing a whole new product with no user base at all. But then again, this step was inevitable, considering the stiff competition that the company is facing with Chrome these days.

According to a recent report by Adobe Digital Index, the overall market share that Google Chrome enjoys is at 31.8 percent in the U.S market. On the other hand, the market share of Internet Explorer stood at 30.9 percent. On the third position was Safari software of Apple, which managed to gain around 25 percent of the market share.

What is interesting to note here is the fact that the market share of Safari and Chrome was expected to rise even further in the coming quarters, for both the software are in built in iOS and Android. The shares of Safari and Chrome came to a total of 59.1 percent and 20.3 percent respectively when it came to the smartphone business of United State.

There is a lot of disappointment in store for those who have been waiting so patiently for the flagship release of the upcoming Windows Phone. The highly talked about, top of the line Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) Lumia Mclaren cell phone, which was arranged to be released in March on the event of MWC 2015, has been pushed to release somewhere in late September 2015. The information has been released by Geekongadgets, which asserts Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) will now be releasing some low-end phones at that event.

The sources who spoke to Geeksongadgets only did so on the condition of complete confidentiality and told them that at the Mobile World Congress, which is the biggest mobile convention in the world, people will witness the release of the new 6-series Nokia Lumia and some other low-end phones. The same sources also affirmed that there will be no releases of top of the line phones at this convention. This is an enormous danger for Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) against adversaries like Samsung (KRX:005935).

HTC CORP (TPE:2498), Song and LG (KRX:003550) are also planning to release their flagship products very soon, possibly in the coming months of 2015. If these rumors are proven to be true and completely genuine, then Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT)’s next flagship and McLaren, which is the successor of Lumia 1020 will not be arriving in the market any time before September 2015. This implies that Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT)’s Lumia 1520 and Lumia 920 will remain crowned kings of Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT).

They will be waging war with the much anticipated Sony (TYO:6758) Xperia Z4, Samsung Galaxy S6, LG (KRX:003550) G4, HTC (TPE:2498) One M9, and many others which are set to release soon. Also if Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) is picking a September window for the release of its new flagship, it will be an intensely difficult task to persuade and win over the customers as it is around the same time that Apple is releasing its new iphone 7.

Reports that were made prior to this news demonstrated that Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) had scratched off the production of its McLaren cell phones because of troubles linked with its Kinect-like 3d touch engineering. A week ago, another set of pictures was released demonstrating a side-by-side correlation of the affirmed Lumia Mclaren with the Apple iphone 7. In the light of this information and other bits of rumors, it is very hard to make a guess.

As to what exactly must be happening inside R&D office of Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) Inc. is hard to tell as for Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT), the best thing to do right now is to release an official confirmation whether al the rumors are true or not. Now we patiently wait for the event that Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) is holding off till January to unveil the customer review of the Windows 10 OS and see if there is any secret surprise that Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) might be unraveling at the same event.

According to a report issue by WMPU, Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ:MSFT) has admitted that its Smartphone Lumia 535 id having touch problems. The company has also announced that it will soon come up with a fix to this issue. Microsoft’s (NASDAQ:MSFT) Lumia 535 was an immediate hit because of its affordability as well as attractive specs. The phone also offered the option of dual-SIM with just a few extra Euros. However, some customers are now objecting about the issues they are facing with the touch screen.

Problems with the phone

Two main issues that Lumia 535 is facing are improper multi touch detection and low touch sensitivity. Due to these issues the phone either fails to identify the user’s finger or registers it to an inaccurate place. As a result of these problems the users are unable to gain access to various components such as the ellipse menu buttons and the swipe-style keyboard also creates problems.

According to a video posted by Vietnamese Website, Lumia 535 has touch problems that cause issues with the WordFlow.

After accepting the glitch that Lumia 535 is facing, Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) stated that the touch sensitivity on the phone is more than needed and therefore the problem is generated. The company also stated that Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) is working on a fix and it will soon be released in the manner of an over-the-air update.

However, users who do not want to wait for Microsoft’s (NASDAQ:MSFT) fix can try an alternative method which some other users have come up with. Users claim that de-activating Screen Magnifier can fix the issue, as the screen magnifier is turned on by default and turning it off can solve the problem

Lumia 535’s features

Lumia 535 is not very different from other Lumia phones. The selling point of Lumia 535 was its affordability, big-screen and the option of dual-SIM. However, the users are not impressed by its Snapdragon 200 chip which results in an average GPU performance.

Microsoft’s (NASDAQ:MSFT) claims of the phone having a 13 hour battery life on a 3G connection was backed by GSM Arena experts who tested the phone. Both the single as well as the dual-SIM phones perform in the same way.

Lumia 535 is not very different from other Lumia phones apart from the fact that it carries the Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) logo on its front as well as the back side. Like Lumia 530, the 535 version also has rounded edges and it also comes in multiple colored back covers.

Lumia 535 comes with a 5-inch qHD IPS LCD display which is made up of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protects the phone from getting scratches and keeps it safe. The phone also has a5MP front camera as well as a 5MP rear camera which boasts of auto focus and LED flash. The phone’s front as well as back camera has a resolution of 848x480p. Apart from the apps of Lumia Camera and Lumia Selfie camera, the phone also comprises of features like Bing vision and Creative Studio.
