After some bold moves made by the Twitter (NYSE:TWTR), Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) also seems committed to its objectives. The company has been making some efforts to win complete dominancy not just in a single continent, but in the entire world. The company, in doing so, has signed dozens of deals in the current year and in the previous fiscal year of 2014.

After Twitter (NYSE:TWTR) initiated its new advertising campaign, Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) also buckled up to make its mark to maintain its market dominancy among other social media giants in the world.

The company keeps on charming the Chinese publicists by procuring companies in China, and collaborating with a second accomplice in an offer to get more business from Chinese organizations. At least, that’s what a Wall Street Journal report stated. The endeavors from the informal community are commendable considering the way that Chinese clients are not in any case permitted to get to the service.

The company is heightening its marketing campaign with the aim to enter China sometime in the near future. The thought behind this is to make organizations understand the significance of coming to Facebook’s (NASDAQ:FB) 1.39 billion dynamic month to month clients outside the country’s outskirts.

Such social media platforms like Facebook (NASDAQ:FB), Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) and other remote social networking administrations have been banned in China for a long period of time. The spectators and the market experts think that Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) can get to be fruitful in Beijing, if the state takes off the imposed ban sometime in the future.

There are a couple of Chinese social communication destinations that are very mainstream in the nation, however Chinese customers have communicated their interest for the social networking and for new benefits more than once, as per the reports.

The company is currently analyzing its potential customers which include Youzu Interactive, which is a Shanghai-based internet amusement planner. The company Youzu expanded its number of enlisted competing players for its mainstream competition in the wake of shelling out around 10 million Yuan in promoting on the social networking system.

Liu Wanqin, a Youzu director, who involved himself in publicizing outside of China also revealed that Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) contributed around a large portion of the market advertisers to their site, and the informal organization is the most vital notice device right now and it’s not simply Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) that is attempting to warm up to rivalry in Global market.

Different organizations, for example, Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) are also doing their best to make local acquisitions to make their mark. However, the biggest online web index opened a Chinese dialect designer channel on YouTube and opened up its Google Play store to Chinese application engineers. On the other hand Twitter (NYSE:TWTR) also opened up its first Hong Kong branch lately concentrating mainly on the potential commercial business in China.

It appears that the Chinese market is off great importance not just to Twitter and other social networking giants but to Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) as well. The company’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg has been revising the Chinese profile again and again to make a strong decision. Back in last October, he also led a full session in language as a marketing ploy.

Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) has above $11 billion short-living investments in cash and only $119 million in longstanding financial obligation. These figures are calculated after spending on two major expenses; first $19 billion to take possession ofWhatsApp, a giant social messaging firm, and second $2 billion to win virtual reality organization Oculus VR in the beginning of the last year. The company also earned $12.5 billion last year along with the total profit of $10.3 billion for entire perimeter of approximately 82%. Facebook Inc.’s (NASDAQ:FB) market capitalization held at $234.6 billion similar to previous Friday.

DJIA components Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE:VZ) has a market capitalization of $205.9 billion, whereas the market capitalization of Coca-Cola Co. (NYSE:KO) is $177.5 billion. Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) has exceeded them already and has become greater than both of them.

There’s a huge difference between the balance sheets of Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE:VZ) and Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) which has a longstanding debt of $110.5 billion. Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE:VZ) has practically same amount of money and short-living investments. The point of differentiation comes at income and profits earned. Taking about Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE:VZ), the earnings for the last year were calculated to be $127.1 billion with a total profit of $77.1 billion, for a perimeter of almost 61%. The functional perimeter reached 15.4% in comparison to 40% at Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB).

Coca-Cola Co. (NYSE:KO) has an identical situation. It owes a longstanding debt of approximately $19 billion and short-living investments of almost $22 billion. The total income earned last year was calculated to be $46 billion with the addition of a profit found to be equal to $28.1 billion, for a perimeter of 61%. Working perimeter approached 21%.

All of these spending by Coca-Cola Co. (NYSE:KO)estimated to be $18.4 billion were transferred to SG&A the previous year. Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) paid out $2.7 billion on R&D as well as on SG&A. While Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE:VZ) paid $41 billion on working expenditure in SG&A last year.

The major difference between these two old firms and Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) is because of the variation in their price to take possession, in the maintenance of physical assets, and giving out,and the price in winning distributing and in maintenance of a product, which will be manufactured once and supplied to uncountable users at practically incrementing no price.

Even though Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) has so many rivals, but the positive part is that it doesn’t have to pay a huge part of its earning for creating its new users by attracting them or any other way. Social media has this benefit of free network effects, while this is not the case in real-world limitations. These effects later result in income, profit and shareholder price along with development. The hoard price ofFacebookInc. (NASDAQ:FB) has increased up to 200% as compared to that of July, 2013. Whereas in contrast to this, Coca-Cola Co. (NYSE:KO) and Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE:VZ) reduced to 0.5%.Both Coca-Cola Co. (NYSE:KO) and Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE:VZ) will have to get into totally novel business at a considerable price while Facebook still has chances to develop.

Facebook (NASDAQ:FB)is a worldwide household name, used in every house by any person who can operate and sit on a PC. It is by all means a social media giant. Along with the Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) site, Facebook (NASDAQ:FB)messenger has also gained acceptance everywhere, according to recent reports changes are being planned for the FB (NASDAQ:FB)Messenger application. F8 Developer Conference is the platform being used to make the announcements which will be held in the next week in San Francisco, California.

The company is planning to assimilate a third party in the Messenger application to make the entire experience more worthwhile. FB (NASDAQ:FB)in actuality is trying to enhance the familiarity and make the application more alluring for the users of the messenger. When the information came into the market, it wasn’t seen as a huge change. Facebook (NASDAQ:FB)has now many competitors in the market that are slowly yet certainly making their mark in the world of chatting among which WeChat and Line are the most prominent.

The programs and different features that will become part of the new Messenger are not being exposed. Many are predicting that the new input will inspired by the various features that are included in WeChat and Line; since both of them are appealing to the users on a regular basis. One other portion that is being focused on is that Facebook (NASDAQ:FB)will be promotion more of its use of Messenger through their website; thus increasing its association with the application.

The strategy that is being adopted by WeChat and Line is extremely successful and popular, should Facebook (NASDAQ:FB)follow on the same footsteps of cooperating with a third party the outcome for the company will be extremely affluent, prevalent and increase its assets by a margin. Another add-on in the Messenger that is be predicted to be launched as part of the new outlook is the cash transfer option. If the feature is well developed and security measures are considered delicately it would prove to be extremely helpful in funds transfer and money interactions.

The company is assuring for now that the transfer techniques will be monitored efficiently and that it is very safe and responsible means to opt for transferring money to different destinations. WeChat and Line gaming and graphics are popular and warmly welcomed by everyone. Multimedia features incorporated in both the chat platforms are extremely appealing as well as pleasing for the users. If Facebook (NASDAQ:FB)is also successful in integrating the same features in their gaming network, the result will be the sudden increase in their popularity.

The outcome will be massively efficacious but Facebook (NASDAQ:FB)has to control the number of users it facilitates in the gaming section through limiting notifications and friends-to-friends request. It has to be said that the competition for Facebook is getting tougher, with apps like WhatsApp and Instagram gaining popularity fast, the company has to take drastic measures to make a mark in the market.

Owners of a small-scale business in America had made some judgments. If these are achieved, it would be a blessing and a huge benefit for Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) and Twitter Inc. (NYSE:TWTR) in the current year and in the coming years.

Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) launched its Facebook Fit all over the state that provided a short intensive course of training for all compact business owners the previous year. Facebook followers must be familiar with it. It was basically developed to make owners of small business aware of the best platform that is Facebook Inc. (NASDAQL: FB), for their marketing also to motivate them and to make them learn the techniques of advertising their products on social media. According to latest reports, Facebook Inc.’s (NASDAQ:FB) and Twitter Inc.’s (NYSE:TWTR) (to a smaller scale) concentration on small business was good enough.

Yearly investigation of small-scale business owners was conducted over the whole state by National Small Business Association NSBA in the recent past. According to the conclusions, 34% owners had a downfall and faced a loss, while 45% had an addition in their income during the last year. These results were above expectations for that year.

It made people who were answerable to the consequences delightful about their likelihoods for the present year.

Pinterest and Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) have formed a coalition and a finalized deal between the two companies is the outcome of this alliance. A new tool was introduced by Pinterest last month for its users. This tool is named as App pins and it enables the user to connect his/her iOS apps to Pinterest boards by pinning their links. Many individual interests like recipes, apparel etc. can be shared in this manner; and eventually Pinterest can go a long way in the discovery of new apps and games. When this happens, Pinterest would not only pose a severe threat to Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB), rather it can also emerge as its dire rival.

How does the two work?

Pinterest’s new tool has a dual pronged approach. It allows individuals to pin links of their individual iOS apps but apart from that, it also allows them to download any other iOS apps as well which he or she might come across. The only requirement is that you should possess an iOS operated device, like an iPhone or iPad to do so. But this seems a relatively easy requirement, since generally iOS users are the ones who are going to be interested in iOS apps in the first place.

Moreover, it not only enables you to pin your own links and download others which you might come across while surfing; rather Pinterest has also accumulated together a list of iOS apps of its own choice for the user. Furthermore, along with this board maintained by Pinterest, Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) also has several boards of the like kind. These boards provide the users with several apps belonging to diverse arenas. But this tool will only show its real potency when users, particularly advertisers, start using it to reap its maximum advantage.

There is a wide variety of Apple Apps out there, yet users find it difficult to come across suitable ones for them in this myriad of choices. Therefore, to come over this problem, Apple Inc.’s (NASDAQ:AAPL) deal with Pinterest is a step in the right direction. Users will have frequent exposure to various apps in this way and download any which might trigger their interest.

This is going to be a two-way process. In the beginning users might only come across links shares by their friends but later on as this tool unveils its real advertisement power, users are most likely going to have direct access to the app creators themselves.

What does this mean for Facebook (NASDAQ: FB)?

So eventually, this app can prove to be a dire challenge for Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB), since the latter company’s major reliance is on mobile app installations.

Although apparently both the companies vary in the way they work and in the things they offer; yet the present trend shows that Pinterest with its App Pin tool can become a serious hurdle for Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB ) . This might not be true for the users of Facebook, yet Pinterest might turn to be a better bait for advertisers present out there.

This project of Pinterest has just initiated. Pinterest formed this deal with Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) only a few weeks ago. Yet, despite its infancy, it can cause a serious threat to Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) owing to its potent advertising potential and therefore it is something of which Facebook shareholders ought to be wary.
