Nokia Poking Fun At Samsung And Apple

485

Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) is well known for making fun of its competitors whenever it gets the chance. Actually they made fun of Samsung recently by giving Ellen Degeneres with a Galaxy smartphone for their efforts at sponsoring the Oscars and calling the photos taken smudge.

The company has uploaded a recent video in which the Finnish company has determined to show off their app store, which plays home to about 200,000 Windows Phone apps according to them. They pinpoint another concept when they ask that whether anyone actually need a thousand apps to turn on flashlight by granting this number pales in contrast when the Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) Play and iTunes App Store are in comparison.

It is noteworthy that Finnish Company has the courage to make fun of other big tech companies especially at a time when they hold no stronger position in the smartphone market around the world. Though they are no more heads in smartphone industry, poking fun especially in the face of other brands like Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) and Samsung is a daring move indeed.
But it needs a lot of time to be in comparison with both iOS and Android though it is a fact that Windows Phone has started making its place in mobile world. But after all such drawbacks, it seems that the company will not stop poking fun at other big brands.

When it comes to selecting not just smartphones or tablets, but even consoles, Nintendo’s Wii U has set a good paradigm of containing a strong ecosystem which is quite significant. Sometimes some users just want diversity and wants to know that there will be an app for what they want to do while having key apps/games are really imperative at the end of the day.
