Bigger the phones, bigger the profits! This seems to be Apple Inc (NASDAQ:APPL)’s new agenda. Next month is going to be an important one for Apple Inc (NASDAQ:APPL) since the company has leaked some of the iPhone 6 features. According to some authentic sources, Apple Inc (NASDAQ:APPL) is following its custom of renovating the appearance of their phones after every two years. This time, there might be a large 4.7 inch or maybe 5.5 inch screen with no compromise on reliability and efficiency of the product. According to market predictions this change might bring them the kick they need in terms of smartphone sales and profit.

Coming to the stocks, this expectancy has brought them a 16% increase in their share value in the last 3 months. A new high has been set by Apple Inc (NASDAQ:APPL). Here are some statistics;

- September 2012 June’s split was $100.72

- Monday’s closing price was $99.16

- Tuesday’s shares were $100.29

This year, increased prices have become center of attention. Maybe this is the reason why creating awareness of an upcoming product among buyers has become a new trend in terms of marketing strategy. Analysts reckon that the only way to balance profit decrements is to keep the prices high, whether it’s a 5.5 inch screen or 4.7 one.

Kantar Worldpanel Comtech conducted a survey and came to these conclusions; smartphone buyers in the U.S. prefer screen size over quality and appearance, and they prefer fast LTE internet over battery timings and camera results.

We all are quite aware of phablets. Samsung (KRX:005930) has succeeded in making phablets popular among Asian countries as a result of which it has become the world’s number one smartphone seller. According to Jan Dawson (Jackdaw research chief analyst), people are opting for Android phones mainly because of their bigger screens. Another analysis by Comscore says that smartphones with screen size greater than 4.5 inches have achieved great annual sales in the U.S. Apple Inc (NASDAQ:APPL) phones with larger screens would change the investors’ insight about sales loss to other less popular smartphone brands. But will Apple Inc (NASDAQ:APPL) go for such devices to increase their buyers? Well we’ll have to see!

No doubt, there have always been high expectations from Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) products. And now when they are about to release phones with larger screens, the demands are also increasing. Mentioned below are some survey results;

- Jim Suva, an analyst from Citigroup predicts 140 million sales of the iPhone 6 in a year.

- RBC Capital Markets conducted a survey in June. The survey concluded that 50% buyers would buy an iPhone as an upgrade. 35% would buy an iPhone if it had a bigger screen.

Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) has been making worthy upgrades to its products. Improvements in there IOS software are made on a yearly basis. In a conference held in June, new features to the IOS like HealthKit and Homekit were exhibited which tempted many buyers.

Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s stock kicked off Wednesday’s session at a value of $100.44.
