For almost a century now, kids have been growing up to the visuals and sensations provided by The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS). The best thing about The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS) is that its tone and mood hasn’t changed over the years it started off with cartoons, ventured into theme parks, video games, and merchandise and just kept on expanding.

The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS) fans might be missing out on the backlot tour but there are still a lot of tricks The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS) has got up its sleeves to keep the kids happy. For those who aren’t faring too well with Mickey Mouse and Toy Story anymore, fret not- The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS) also has Star Wars, Marvel Comics and other characters under its official umbrella.

To tend to the diehard video gamers out there, who also happen to be Disney (NYSE:DIS) fans (or for that matter, marvel or star wars) can indulge themselves in a game that is of epic proportions and has the ability to give you an experience of virtual heaven.

Imagine controlling your favorite Disney (NYSE:DIS) character in a storyline fighting off enemies and saving the city. The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS) Infinity: 2.0 is a game that gives you all those luxuries and fantasies that you have been dreaming about, albeit if you’re a Disney (NYSE:DIS) enthusiast.

Each character has a skill that makes the game exciting and full of surprises. And you will have to choose from many Disney (NYSE:DIS) characters including spider man and guardians of galaxy characters that come with their own special mission each.

If you’re not much into beating up bad guys then you can also edit the town, or make one of your own which is to your own liking and then you can stroll around it in your character.

In order to expand on your characters, you will have to buy the toys of the respective characters for $15 each. To expand on the costumes and venues you’ll have to buy power discs which also come with extra missions including Thor’s campaign.

The missions do become repetitive but there are plenty of characters for you to explore hence the game can keep everyone busy for months. One special aspect of Disney (NYSE:DIS) games is that they’re feel good games which you can play anytime.

The Disney (NYSE:DIS) Infinity 1.0 got astounding reviews and had fair sales which led the makers of the game to expand the series. The best thing about the second game is that you get to keep all the characters from the first game. The duel of protagonists and the conspiring evil antagonists are pretty cool and keep children hooked.

What is quite unfair is the heavy price for each toy. The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS) realizes that children will ultimately get bored of the same characters and start buying new toys to equip new characters in the game. Charging them 15 dollars for each toy might just be over the top. But considering the success of the game, it’s actually worth it.
