The index showed a slight fluctuation between losses and gains in the US shares as private survey revealed the addition of higher than estimated number of employees in June before the government’s job report tomorrow. The Dow Jones30-company Industrial Average (INDEXDJX:DJI) and S&P 500 (INDEXSP:INX) ended the trading sessions with little change while the tech-rich Nasdaq Composite Index(INDEXNASDAQ:.IXIC) inched down 0.1 percent. Rackspace Hosting Inc. (NYSE:RAX), Constellation (NYSE:STZ), Shutterfly, Vitacost.com (NASDAQ:VITC), Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC), GoPro Inc. (NASDAQ:GPRO), Paychex Inc. (NASDAQ:PAYX), Harley-Davidson Inc. (NYSE:HOG), A. Schulman Inc. (NASDAQ:SHLM) and J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.  (NYSE:JPM) joined the list of most followed shares.

The biggest beer company in the world, Constellation Brands Inc. (NYSE:STZ), reported a higher than expected jump in quarterly revenue and profit as beer sales rose to $89.69 surging over 1.5%. They also raised their full year earnings outlook. Adjustments to their profit estimate were made to $4.10-$4.25 a share for the year which is strong in comparison to the expected $3.95-$4.15 per share estimate. The company reported outstanding first fiscal quarters wherein earnings rose to $1.07 per share from 38 cents. Net income jumped nearly fourfold to $206.7 million from $52.9 million, or $1.03 per Class A share from 27 cents per share posted in comparable year ago quarter.

Rackspace Hosting Inc. (NYSE:RAX), the open cloud company, rose to $36.32  surging over 7.7 percent .According to TechCrunch, based on information from unnamed sources there are reports of company planning to take itself private and is in talks with a private equity firm to fund the deal, the announcement of which is expected within this week.

Shares of the online vitamin seller company, Vitacost.com (NASDAQ:VITC), improved a massive 27 percent reaching $7.98. The acquisition of Vitacost.com (NASDAQ:VITC) was announced by Kroger, the country’s giant supermarket chain, for $8 per share or approximately $280 million.

The publishing company Shutterfly Inc. (NASDAQ:SFLY)’s stock shares rose 13percent to $49. This increase followed shortly after reports from Bloomberg stated that the website had hired Qatalyst Partners to help facilitate a sale.

Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC) was upgraded by Deutsche Bank AG to “buy” from “hold”. Shares are now up 2.5 percent reaching $15.99.

Shares of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) are down 1.3 percent to $56.85 after it reported that  Chief Executive Officer Jamie Dimon has “curable” throat cancer.

GoPro Inc. (NASDAQ:GPRO), the popular wearable camera company had jumped to market value of $6 billion from $2.96 billion with shares surging 20 percent to $48.80 yesterday. But that was down from its peak as shared declined 7.5 percent to $45.03, witnessing first drop since its IPO last week.

Payroll processor, Paychex Inc. (NASDAQ:PAYX)’s shares almost saw a decline of 3.2 percent reaching $40.80 in reports of its fiscal fourth-quarter profit of 40 cents per share.

A. Schulman Inc. (NASDAQ:SHLM), reported profit of 74 cents much higher than the estimates of 8 cents as stocks improved 3.5 percent to $40.93. They also raised full year earnings outlook.

Harley-Davidson Inc. (NYSE:HOG) shares were downed 2.9 percent to $68.26 after being downgraded to “market perform” from “strong buy” by analyst at Raymond James Financial Inc.
