(NASDAQ:AAPL) has made a historical deal with IBM (NASDAQ:IBM) which not only puts the two companies ahead in terms of enterprise budgets but also harms the two giants BlackBerry Inc (NASDAQ:BBRY) and Microsoft Inc (NASDAQ:MSFT). Ben Reitzes, an analyst at Barclays, believes that the IBM (NASDAQ:IBM) and Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) team will push aside any efforts that BlackBerry Inc (NASDAQ:BBRY) have made. He has rated Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) as “outperform” with price target $110. He also wrote that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) can perform very well in the enterprise market because other companies there are finding it difficult to achieve a foothold.

John Chen, CEO of BlackBerry Inc (NASDAQ:BBRY), has shifted the focus of his company to enterprise software, working over security technology, which is becoming increasingly important for workplaces. However, in these attempts, BlackBerry Inc (NASDAQ:BBRY) greeted mixed success which is a problem because looking at the new Apple-IBM team, all other companies are also focusing on their enterprise space. Amitabh Passi, an analyst at UBS, wrote that BlackBerry Inc (NASDAQ:BBRY) has a lot of pressures from both large and small vendors in the enterprise market. He rated the company “neutral” and gave a price target of $9. In Q1, the company was met with a loss per share of 11 cents. The company generated a revenue of $966 million in the quarter for smartphone volume of 1.6 million.

The company will also be optimizing its cloud services for devices that have iOS operating system.

According to Brian White, an analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald, almost all working employees own an Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) device. The firm also holds the view that the company would do significantly well in the enterprise market.
